There’s always something happening at Spirals!
At Spirals, learning extends far beyond the walls of our rooms. Throughout the year, we welcome special visitors, celebrate meaningful events, connect with our local community and create new experiences based on the interests of our children.
From incursions and celebrations to community partnerships and spontaneous moments of discovery — here’s a little look at what we’ve been up to.

Growing Together – Caring for Our Environment & Community! 🌱
We were delighted to welcome April from the Bunnings Community Team to Spirals for a special hands-on sustainability experience. Our children had the opportunity to decorate and personalise their own pots before planting flowers and learning about what plants need to grow and thrive.
Through digging, planting, creating and caring, the children explored their connection with the natural environment while strengthening our connection with our wider local community. Experiences like these encourage children to understand that even small actions can contribute to caring for our world.

Early Childhood Educators Day 2026
Early Childhood Educators’ Day
Celebrating the hearts behind early learning.
This Early Childhood Educators’ Day, we’re taking the opportunity to celebrate, recognise and thank the incredible educators who make Spirals such a special place for our children and families.
Our team will be celebrated with a special morning tea, thoughtful gifts, family and child shout-outs, appreciation cards and our “About My Educator” forms — giving our little learners and their families the opportunity to share what makes their educators so special.
It’s a day to recognise the people behind the cuddles, learning, laughter, messy play, milestones and everyday moments that make such a difference in a child’s early years.
